I Am Butterfly (2012) Is about a girl who was abandoned by her mother when she was five years old. The five year old girl "Butterfly" grew up to be a bum convicted of murder of the man who she believes kidnapped her mother. In Jail, Butterfly tells her story to her friend, another female convict. Butterfly reminisces about the day when her mother abandoned her. She never forgot the evil looking guy who took her mother away. Growing up on the streets, she was determined to find him and kill him.
